This website () is operated by Helvetia Pizza Co., a Swiss-registered food business. We are the controller of any personal data you provide through this site.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide to us: (a) name, email, phone, postal code, address, and canton when you submit an inquiry or order; (b) email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; (c) standard server log data (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and aggregate analytics.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payments made via PayPal are processed entirely by PayPal under their own privacy terms.

3. How we use your data

We use inquiry form data to: respond to your inquiry, prepare and dispatch your order, and contact you about delivery arrangements. We use newsletter subscription data to send occasional updates about new releases and seasonal specials. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except as strictly required to deliver your order (e.g. our shipping carrier).

This site uses the browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart and your language preference. These are technical cookies, not tracking cookies. No third-party advertising cookies are set on this site.

Inquiry form data is retained for 24 months to handle follow-up questions and repeat orders, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
