1. Delivery areas

We deliver to all 26 Swiss cantons. Same-day delivery operates only in Zürich, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, and Lugano. All other cantons receive chilled overnight delivery.

2. Processing time

Chilled delivery orders placed before 11:00 (CET) on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or Mondays.

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 14:00 and are delivered between 17:00 and 21:00 the same day.

3. Shipping fees

Free shipping applies on chilled delivery orders totalling CHF 95 or more (after discount, before tax). Below that threshold a flat fee of CHF 12 applies to standard chilled delivery in approved insulated packaging.

Same-day delivery: free on orders of CHF 95 or more; CHF 18 flat fee below.

4. Packaging and temperature

Chilled pizzas are packed in expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated boxes with food-grade gel ice packs to maintain 0–4°C for at least 24 hours from the time of dispatch. Same-day pizzas are carried in insulated courier bags with gel packs.

5. Delivery confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our courier will either leave the parcel in a safe and cool location at the door or attempt a second delivery the same day, depending on the carrier.

6. Customs (cross-border)

We currently deliver only within Switzerland. We are not able to ship to Liechtenstein or any other country in this iteration of our service.

7. Delays

While we give realistic dispatch and delivery windows, weather events, regional carrier disruptions, and public holidays may occasionally delay delivery. We will communicate any delay proactively by email or SMS.

8. Problem with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or above 8°C due to a packaging failure, please photograph the box and contents and contact us within 24 hours at . We will replace or refund in full at no charge.
