1. About this website
This website () is operated by Helvetia Pizza Co., an independent Swiss food business registered in Zürich, Switzerland. The site operates as a direct retail channel for our artisan pizza line. By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Our catalog
We manufacture and supply wood-fired artisan pizzas delivered chilled or freshly baked. The product catalog displayed on this site is our current retail range. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 7.7% for food products in Switzerland. Shipping fees, where they apply, are itemised at checkout before any payment is taken.
3. Order process
Customers can submit an order through either of two channels: (a) PayPal payment, in which case the order is confirmed by the payment provider and processed automatically; or (b) submission of an inquiry form, in which case our team will contact you within one business day to confirm availability, shipping date, and any pricing adjustments for custom requests.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract for goods not purchased via PayPal is formed only when we send an email confirming the order with a dispatch date.
4. Pricing
All displayed prices are in CHF, inclusive of Swiss VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all 26 Swiss cantons. Our chilled delivery line is shipped Tuesday through Saturday with overnight packing at 0–4°C. Same-day delivery operates on a same-day basis in Zürich, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, and Lugano only. Estimated delivery windows are stated on the delivery confirmation but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
6. Warranty
We warrant that our products meet Swiss food safety and labelling requirements. If a product arrives in a damaged, leaking, or warm condition due to our packaging or carrier handling, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photograph and we will replace or refund in full.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under or in connection with any product supplied via this site is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
8. Intellectual property
All product photography, written descriptions, and brand assets on this site are owned by Helvetia Pizza Co. or licensed to us. Re-use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy and data
Personal data submitted via the inquiry form or subscribe field is processed according to our Privacy policy and applicable Swiss data protection law (nDSG / revFADP).
