We import Caputo 'Classica' from Naples — a soft wheat flour with a precise W-value of 260–280, perfect for long-fermentation cold proof.
Every dough ball ferments 24 to 48 hours in our temperature-controlled cell. This slow proof develops flavour and creates a crust that is light, digestible and aromatic.
We fire our pizzas on a Neapolitan-built stone oven at 430°C. Each pie bakes for 90 seconds, keeping the centre soft and creamy while the cornicione is properly leopard-spotted.

Both. Every pie is hand-shaped, topped and either par-baked (for our chilled delivery line) or fully baked (for our same-day delivery line). Both product types ship fully cooked and are finished in your oven for 6–8 minutes before eating.
Yes. We ship to all 26 cantons, including the mountain regions. Free shipping applies on orders over CHF 95. Below that, a flat CHF 12 chilled-pack fee applies for standard delivery.
All our cured meats (pepperoni, Parma ham, Calabrese salami, ventricina, prosciutto cotto) bear halal certification issued by recognised Swiss and EU certification bodies. The certificate is available on request.
Yes. Use the 'Customise a pizza' link at the top of the page to open a custom-build form. Substitutions and additions are priced individually. We cannot, however, produce vegan pies that share a baking surface with our meat pies — vegan is a fully separated line.
Chilled pizzas have a 4-day shelf life from delivery when stored at 0–4°C in the original sealed pack. They can be frozen on arrival for up to 30 days with no flavour loss. Fully baked pizzas are best consumed within 48 hours.
